Hey,
Quick one, and it matters.
Today is the last day to join AI Builder School at $21/month. Tomorrow, Monday, Oct 5, the price goes to $49/month.
If you join today, you keep $21/month for as long as you stay a member. Next month, next year, whenever. The only way you lose it is if you cancel.
Why the jump? The community is growing, and $21 was always the founding price for the people who showed up early. That window closes today. No fake scarcity. That's just when the price changes.
But I don't want to send you an email that's only an ask. So here's a full AI service you can start pitching this week, whether you join or not.
The AI Review Reply Service
The offer, in the owner's words: "You reply to every one of my Google reviews within 48 hours, in my voice, so new customers see a business that actually cares."
Here's what's crazy
Open Google Maps. Search "dentist near me" in your town. Click into the top 10 and scroll through their most recent reviews.
Count how many have no reply from the owner.
Five-star reviews with no "thank you." One-star reviews with no response, sitting there for every future customer to read.
Every one of those businesses is a potential client. That's the goldmine, and you can find it in about five minutes from your couch.
Who to pitch
Dentists, chiropractors, med spas
Restaurants and coffee shops
Home services: plumbers, HVAC, roofers
What to look for: 50+ Google reviews, and few or no owner replies on the last 10.
How to deliver it
Step 1: Get access. The owner adds you as a manager on their Google Business Profile. It takes them two minutes, and you never need their password.
Step 2: Set up your reply prompt. Paste this into ChatGPT or Claude and fill in the brackets once per client:
You write Google review replies for [Business Name], a [business type] in [city].
Write like the owner talking, not like a company. Tone: [friendly / professional].
For each review below, write a reply under 60 words.
- Thank them by first name if it's shown.
- Mention one specific detail from their review.
- For 4 to 5 star reviews, invite them back.
- For 1 to 3 star reviews, apologize once, don't argue, and invite them to
call [phone] or email [email] so the owner can make it right.
- Never offer refunds, discounts, or anything the owner hasn't approved.
Reviews:
[paste new reviews here]Step 3: Review, then post. Once or twice a week, paste in the new reviews, read every reply before it goes live, and post it. Any review under 4 stars goes to the owner for a thumbs up first.
Outcome: every review gets a thoughtful reply within 48 hours, and the owner doesn't lift a finger.
What to charge
Start around $150 to $300/month per location.
Example math, not a promise: 4 clients at $200/month is $800 a month. Once your prompt is dialed in, a week of replies for one business takes minutes, not hours. The margins are insane.
The pitch (this is the no-brainer part)
Don't pitch first. Do the work first.
Pick 5 unanswered reviews from their profile, run them through the prompt, and send this:
"Hi [Name], I noticed [Business] has some great Google reviews that haven't been answered yet. I wrote replies to 5 of them in your voice, free, below. If you like them, I can handle every review going forward for $[your price]/month. Want me to keep going?"
They see finished work with their own customers' names on it. Saying yes is easy.
Where this breaks
You post a bad-review reply the owner didn't see. Don't. Anything under 4 stars gets approved first.
They already have an agency doing it. Thank them and move on. There are plenty more.
The review looks fake. Flag it to the owner. Don't reply to it.
Your first 3 days
Today: List 20 businesses with 50+ reviews and missing replies.
Tomorrow: Write 5 sample replies for your top 5.
Day 3: Send those 5 pitches. Then 5 more every day after.
That's one service.
AI Builder School is the whole system. It's a seven-day program that takes you from "what do I even offer?" to your first paying AI client: what to offer, who to pitch, and how to get paid. You don't need experience. You need a system and seven days.
Start with the 7-day free trial today, and you're locked in at $21/month when it ends. Tomorrow, that same spot is $49/month. Same community, same program, more than double the price.
If you got fired up reading this, I'll see you inside.
Pick one. Build it this week.
Thanks,
Brandon
P.S. Last reminder: $21/month ends today. Join now and it's yours for as long as you stay a member. Tomorrow it's $49. Lock it in here
