Open LeadsByLocation. Search a business type plus your city. Plumbers, roofers, salons, tree services, mobile detailers.
Find one with no website. There are more than you think. The listing will either have no site link at all or it points at a Facebook page they haven't touched since 2019. Those are the ones. Skip anybody with a real site, you're not there to redesign.
Copy their Google Business info. Name, phone, address, hours, service list, and three or four review quotes. Grab their photos too, even the bad ones. It has to look like their business and not a template with a logo dropped in.
Paste it into a Lovable prompt and ask for a clean site for that business. Tell it what a visitor needs to be able to do when they land: read the services and tap to call. One page. Don't get fancy.

Send the link. Better, walk it in on your phone if they're local. Whatever you do, skip the part where you explain how it got made. Nobody has ever bought a website because of the tool behind it. Put the screen in front of them and let them look.
Half of them will tell you something's wrong with it. Wrong hours, a service you left off, that's not our truck. Most people hear that and back out of the conversation, when what's actually happening is a business owner editing their own website in front of them. Fix it while they're standing there and you're basically hired.
You never sold anything. You showed up with proof. The demo is the pitch.
