Quick one this week, and it's a play you can run tomorrow.

I posted a reel about turning restaurant photos into dish videos with AI. Out of everything I have ever posted, that play brought in the most people who wanted to actually DO it. Not watch. Do.

Here is the play itself:

  1. Find a local restaurant. Grab 3 to 5 dish photos from their Google listing.

  2. Have Claude turn them into short video clips (I use the Higgsfield connector for this).

  3. Stitch the clips into a 30-second reel.

  4. Send the finished video to the owner. Not a pitch. The finished thing.

A restaurant owner has never once seen their food moving on screen. That is why the demo does the selling. Restaurants pay $100 to $250 per video, and there is no reason to stop at one restaurant or one video.

No camera, no editing background, no showing up in person.
